Returns & Refunds Policy

• Standard (Toolbox): 30 days from delivery.
• Maker Club members: extended to 60 days.
• Home Pro members: extended to 90 days.

Unused items in their original, resealable packaging can be returned within the window for a refund. Please include all parts, cards and instructions.

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items can only be returned if unopened and unused — for example adhesive strips and hooks once the backing is peeled, sewing kits, and childproofing items removed from sealed packs. Opened adhesive products cannot be resold once activated. Faulty items are always covered (see below).

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact us within 30 days at support@goaughanuk.shop with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, including return shipping.

Email support@goaughanuk.shop with your order number and reason. We will confirm the return address and next steps. Do not send items back before you receive return confirmation.

For non-faulty returns, you pay return shipping and we recommend a tracked service. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover the cost.

Once we receive and check your return, we issue the refund to your original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Paid memberships can be cancelled anytime and will not renew. The current paid term is non-refundable once benefits have been available, unless required by law.

These terms are in addition to your statutory rights under the laws of England and Wales and applicable consumer law.
